LEGAL Effective August 4, 2026
Terms of service
These terms govern use of PermitReady STL. By submitting a request, creating a referral link or purchasing access, a user accepts these terms.
Preparation guidance—not approval
PermitReady STL provides organizational and educational guidance based on public sources. It does not perform an official inspection, issue a permit, provide legal advice or guarantee that a property will pass. The responsible owner, occupant or professional must verify current requirements directly with the correct government agency.
Accuracy and local changes
Municipal rules, fees, forms, timing and inspector practices can change without notice. Official government sources control whenever they differ from the app. Users should confirm material details before moving in, signing a lease, closing a sale, scheduling work or spending money.
Purchases and access
A one-property Inspection Pack is a limited digital-access product for the advertised price. Local Pro is a planned subscription and may remain a launch list until its portfolio features are released. Users may not resell, republish or automate bulk extraction of app content.
Refunds
For duplicate charges or a technical failure that prevents paid access, submit the founding-access form within seven days and write “Refund request” in the notes. Refund eligibility is reviewed using the payment record and service-delivery status.
Referral program
Referral credit applies only to legitimate, attributable paid customers. Self-referrals, misleading promotion, spam, duplicate accounts and fraudulent transactions do not qualify. Credits may be withheld or reversed for refunded or disputed purchases.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, scrape personal data or use the app to harass property owners, tenants, officials or service providers.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PermitReady STL is not liable for failed inspections, permit delays, fines, repairs, lost rent, closing delays, contractor work, municipal decisions or indirect losses arising from reliance on the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount the affected user paid for the relevant digital product.
Changes and governing law
The service and these terms may be updated as coverage expands. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms. Missouri law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
