Privacy notice

PermitReady STL collects only the information needed to create property-readiness plans, operate referrals and respond to customer or partner requests.

Information collected

Property scans may include a property address, municipality, occupancy event, timeline and answers to readiness questions. Request forms may include a name, email address, phone number, company, service specialty, notes and referral code.

How information is used

Information is used to create and retrieve readiness plans, respond to requests, operate the owner sales desk, attribute referrals, review repair partners, improve local coverage and provide purchased access. PermitReady STL does not sell personal information.

Payments

When payment is enabled, checkout is handled by an independent payment processor such as Stripe. PermitReady STL receives purchase status and ordinary customer details but does not collect or store complete card numbers.

Device storage and shared links

The app uses device storage to remember a recent scan and paid-pack access. A customer who copies a saved-plan link can share the property plan with another person. Anyone receiving that unique link may be able to view its contents, so customers should share it only with people they trust.

Retention and choices

Records are retained while reasonably useful for the service, accounting, fraud prevention and customer support. To request access, correction or deletion, submit a request through the app's founding-access form and write “Privacy request” in the notes.

Security and limits

Reasonable safeguards are used, including a protected owner desk. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank information, passwords, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Government independence

PermitReady STL is an independent preparation tool. It is not affiliated with St. Louis City, St. Louis County or any municipality.
